Is this still active?

Hi everyone, I'm just double checking if this website is still active. I'm wanting to get a reptilian license, and it suggested to join a local group to gain an idea about the species and work involved. It looks like this is the only group in QLD close to what I'm looking for, but some of the posts are dated back all the way to Nov/Dev :/ just making sure I haven't found a forum that's inactive.
Oh and I was looking into getting some turtles (the reason I was here), but it looks like there is a lot of information on snakes here and not turtles....some help please? Am I in the right place or should I be looking elsewhere?
Much thanks,
Ellie

Yep the site is still active, normally we have a meeting the first Sunday of every second month, just keep an eye on the site and they will let us know when the first meeting will be. Go to
www.epa.qld.gov.au
to find the code of practice for "captive reptile and amphibian husbandry" and you can also obtain a permit as well.
The guys are a friendly bunch and are very helpful with questions you may have.

ok people lets try this again
so far it is confirmed there is a meeting this sunday (4th April 2010)
yes the club knows its Easter and knows a few of you will be away
but a meeting has not happened this year so all that are left in Brisbane
after you have recovered the eggs that bunny has left behind come to the meeting
keep the club alive there will be people there to say hello
